Fees And Payments

    Reed & Ember PLLC offers assessment, individual psychotherapy sessions, and a variety of other clinical work (i.e. completing forms, writing letters, and coordinating care). The rates for these services will be established during the consultation.

Reed & Ember is now contracted with many health insurance providers.  However, we are considered “out-of-network“ for a few insurance carriers . Some of insurance plans offer coverage for out-of-network providers and may reimburse some or all of the costs of services. If Reed & Ember is out-of-network with your insurance carrier, we can provide a bill that you can present to assist your insurance claim for reimbursement of “out-of-pocket” expenses.  Reed & Ember does not offer any guarantees that you will be eligible for reimbursement for services as decisions about reimbursement are solely at the discretion of your healthcare insurance provider.

Prices at Reed and Ember PLLC are competitive with others in the surrounding area. There are also a variety of payment options available that should make our firm one of the most affordable in the area.

Scheduling and Cancellations

    We ask that all new appointments be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.  Payment information is required to be on file at the time of scheduling to secure the appointment.  If the scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the payment information on file will be used to bill the cancellation fee (50% of the agreed-upon hourly rate).  The cancellation fee is also charged for all missed (“No Show”) appointments.  An appointment is considered missed if you have not arrived in-person or at the virtual waiting room 15 minutes after the start of the session.  It is important to note, most insurance companies do not reimburse cancellation fees.
